At Anola Jewellery, every bracelet is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your bracelet within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused.
• In its original packaging.
• In the same condition in which it was received.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Free Bracelet Restringing

We are happy to offer free restringing for bracelets if the elastic cord breaks during normal wear. Customers are responsible for the cost of posting the bracelet back to us. We will restring your bracelet free of charge and cover the cost of posting it back to you.
