Order Processing

Each bracelet is carefully handcrafted to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout Ireland using An Post.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping is dispatched biweekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery

After dispatch, most orders within Ireland are expected to arrive within 1–3 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on An Post.

All USA orders are shipped from Ireland using a reliable postal service. Delivery times are estimated at 7–14 business days, although delays caused by customs or the postal service may occasionally occur.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by US Customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Anola Jewellery has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged in a jewellery gift bag and posted in a padded envelope to help ensure it arrives safely.

Lost or Delayed Orders

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is dispatched promptly, Anola Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays once your parcel is with An Post. If you believe your order has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
